The MUV Water Bottle is a replacement bottle for the Nomad Water Filter pack. The water bottle can also be used with any of the other MUV water filters if you would like to be able to filter contaminated water through a water bottle. Simply add the MUV water filter, OUT+28, and hose adapter to the included hose. (MUV water filters, OUT+28 connector, and hose adapter sold separately.) Then fill the water bottle with dirty water, flip up the mouthpiece cover, and drink from the mouthpiece.
