Once the Clear Flow filter has reached its capacity (1,500 liters / 400 gallons) it will no longer allow water to pass through it. The filter easily detaches from the bottle and can simply be replaced. The bottle will last indefinitely and will save you from having to buy bottled water. This is also great for the environment as you aren't contributing any plastic bottle waste.
The Clear Flow water bottle is BPA-free and very durable. The food grade silicone mouthpiece makes for convenient drinking and won't crack. Plus, it can easily be removed for cleaning. Bottle capacity is 24 ounces, measures 9" x 3" and weighs only 7.8 ounces with the filter installed.

Makes hiking a joy!
Used this after reading about it. Have to admit I was a bit dubious. But I filled the bottle with river water and drank it and did not get sick! I agree that it leaks if the cap isn’t on exactly right and it’s a little tricky to put the capon. But it does work! So glad to own!

Love this personal water filter...
We love these water bottles and use them all the time. Bought one for each of us, and two for my daughter who is going to live in the dorms at college. The only reason for putting 4 stars instead of 5 is that they seem to leak a bit. They don’t leak if the lid is on exactly properly, but the lid isn’t super easy to line up exactly properly some sometimes they leak a bit. They’re still worth buying and I highly recommend them!

I have taken this filter/bottle, either strapped to my running pack or held in my hand into the forests for my 15 - 40 mile long runs, where I rely on this filter to refill my water bottles and reservoir. I have filled from the rivers, creeks and standing water many times and the filtration is excellent. It faster than the versa flow for refill's and the carbon filter gets that yucky taste out. I really like how you can fill it, then squeeze the water out through the drinking spout.

Clear Flow Water Bottle and Filter...
this is a great product less items to pack (no pumps or pills to deal with) we just pack one syringe for back flushing both the bottles and the filter for the 10l bag sys.
