Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need an RA # (Return Authorization Number). Please contact us prior to returning anything to obtain this number. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or your item will be returned to you. We are not responsible for lost, in-bound shipments. Make sure that you insure your packages as well as get tracking information on them. If you have received a prepaid shipping label and it is a discretionary return you will be responsible for paying that shipping cost. We will do our best to notify you of the cost of shipping in advance.
