Cindy Todd

Welcome Cindy to the Hydroblu family! Cindy has been passionate about the outdoors since she was a young girl, but at the age of 39, she developed symptoms for a rare autoimmune disorder known as Behcet’s disease. After a few years marked by doctors appointments, unhelpful treatments, and stagnancy, Cindy decided she wasn’t going to let the disorder stop her from doing the things she loved. As a matter of fact, it fueled her passions. She began backpacking and hiking around the world to call attention to the disease and the much needed research around it. She’s done incredible work: She’s been featured in many articles, and even published her own book, BACKPACKING for Behcet's Disease Awareness: Adventures, Misadventures & Gear Recommendations. Cindy has proven and redefined herself on more than one occasion. We are thrilled to become involved with her incredible journey. Keep on backpacking, Cindy!
