Water clarity doesn’t always indicate clean water as bacterias are an unseen contaminate with incredible destructive power. Our Standard Hollow Fiber ultra-filtration membrane filter is built to remove 99.999% of bacteria. Through size exclusion hollow fiber surpasses EPA standards and will last up to 10,000 gallons.
Dozens of tubes have microscopic holes (0.1 microns), which allows clean water to pass through, but creates a barrier to damaging bacteria, Giardia, E. coli, protozoan cysts and Cryptosporidium. At any time, this filter can be cleared out from any sediment or contaminants that have blocked the holes by backflushing. Simply run clean water through the outflow side of the filter. This will increase the flow and effectiveness of the filter, as well increase the life of the filter.

Versa flow works as drink water...
It was installed on the home under the sink with activated carbon. Works very well, produces 1 L/min of filtrated water at the pressure bellow 400 mBar. Pressure drop in the filter is about 120 mBar

Clean, safe water….wherever I’m at.
I love my hydroBlu Jerry can system….. it works and works really well. Traveling the country in an old VW bus, clean, safe water was the goal, no matter where I might find myself. The HydroBlu jerry can system allows me to filter any reasonable source of water. I fill my onboard 8 gallon tank, and my Jerry can , and always have enough without having to carry any extra weight. I also use the charcoal filters in my system and basically have bottled water, quality water to drink and use. I find the system easy to use, and backwash it when I’m able to. It has never let me down in the last 2.5 years that I’ve been using it. Good product, good people……..

Security and Safety of Drinking...
You don’t have to go far to read the news and see how Ukrainians are facing severe issues with water supplies. Having the capabilities to filter water for drinking and cooking may seem “over the top” but with the many “black swans circling”, you never know when our tap water source may become compromised or fail in the future. I’ve got several HydroBlu products that I’ve stockpiled in the event of a disaster or unforeseen event. I’m confident that the technology will be a life saver for my family and friends. I’ve regularly used the other products (filtration bottles) while hiking and bike riding - all work nicely, high quality and affordable. What’s important, and would encourage HydroBlu to do so, is to make sure that the users of any filtration system (small or large quantities) have a very good protocol to maintain and segregate the filtered water from unfiltered water - make sure that you are very careful in how you transfer water between containers to avoid cross contamination.

Still tastes...
I started using Hydrpblu to filter my water. Tastes wonderful. My wife noticed rightaway her gums felt better. I did notice after 25 or 30 gallons of use that the water flow decreased by 50% roughly. I was in a forest service campground where the mineral content was likely very high. I ordered more carbon filter replacements, but the water flow rate again seemed to slow considerably after 25 gallons of use, this time on city water. Not sure what is going on. All said the water taste is still excellent.
